Deborah Williamson is Vice President at the Institute for Workplace Skills and Innovation America. This workforce development organization focuses on growing talent pipelines for businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. Before joining the Institute, Williamson served as Director of Labor Relations at the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, overseeing the Bureaus of Wage & Hour, Human Rights, Public Works, and Child Labor. She possesses a Ph.D. in sociology with an emphasis on crime and deviance, a secondary area in education policy from the University of Kentucky, and a master's degree from the University of Cincinnati.
