John Lopatynski (JL) is a Director of PDS Projects in JLL's Integrated Facilities Management Group (IFM). JL is a Program and Project Specialist, responsible for client relationship management, Program, and Project delivery. Concentrating on industrial/manufacturing and corporate facilities. JL leads sustainability initiatives for his clientele, as well as consults on other projects in the USA, Canada and Europe.
Prior to JLL, JL served as a Specialty Consultant for ABB to support their Real Estate initiatives since 2016. With a carreer that spans over 35 year, he has successfully manged projects ranging from Nuclear deconatamination studies, in his first year out of college, to an on-site Solar and battery energy storage (BESS) program for ABB.
As a Director for JLL, he supports (PMO) his cleints portfolio of projects, both non-controlable and major projects.
JL, is also assigned to ABB Inc. in the North American Real Estate Office on behalf of the JLL Work Dynamics Industriral Veritical. He is the Green Real Estate Program Manager. JL oversees programs to support ABB’s 2030 and 2050 Net Zero goals (Scope 1, 2, and 3). Furthermore, he is a member of the ABB Sustainability Council where he consults on sustainability initiatives.
Education & Affiliation
Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering Technology from Durham College.
