Francis (Frank) is currently serving as the Vice President, Utility Market Segment Leader, for CHA Consulting after a thirty-five year utility career. Frank is responsible for leading the growth of the utility market segment across all relevant business lines and positioning the company for future overall growth. Areas of focus include engineering and design services for electric and gas, transmission and distribution, asset management, project and construction management, renewable energy development, and clean energy transition strategies.
Frank’s work includes developing a market segment specific growth strategy, helping each business line develop their strategies as it relates to their specific business market segment, and working with all business stakeholders to execute the strategies.
